Shipping and Delivery Policy

SellerProAI is delivered entirely as software over the internet. No physical goods are sold, packed or shipped, so no courier, tracking number or delivery address applies to a purchase.

Access is what a customer buys, and access is provisioned to the account that paid. There is no waiting for a dispatch and nothing arrives separately: once a payment is confirmed, the plan applies to the account it was bought for and the work can continue immediately.

How the service is delivered

  • SellerProAI is a digital software service (SaaS). It is used in a web browser and nothing is posted, couriered or physically delivered.
  • No physical products are sold or shipped, in India or anywhere else.
  • Plans and any purchased listing credits are provisioned electronically to the customer's own account.
  • Provisioning happens once payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Where a payment is still being confirmed, the plan applies as soon as that confirmation arrives.
  • Because nothing is shipped, there is no shipping charge, no delivery timeline, no courier partner and no tracking to follow.
  • Files a customer creates — such as exported marketplace workbooks — are downloaded from within the application, not delivered by any other means.

When does my plan become usable after I pay?
