1. What this policy covers
This policy sets out what SellerProAI must not be used for. It applies to everyone who uses the Service, on any plan, and to anyone acting through an account.
It forms part of the Terms of Service. Where it uses a term defined there — Account, Service, Project, Product Group, Template, Marketplace, Exported File — it has the same meaning.
2. The short version
SellerProAI prepares marketplace listing files from information you supply. It does not publish anything, does not connect to marketplace accounts, and does not check whether what you sell is lawful.
That means the responsibility for what your listings say, and for whether you are allowed to sell what they describe, sits with you. This policy sets the boundaries we ask you to work inside.
3. Lawful use
Do not use the Service to break the law, or to prepare listings for goods or services you are prohibited from selling — whether by law, by a licensing requirement you do not hold, or by the rules of the marketplace you are listing on.
This includes preparing listings for counterfeit goods, stolen goods, illegal drugs, illegal weapons, unlawfully controlled products, and products that require a certification or licence you do not have.
4. Accurate and non-deceptive listings
Do not use the Service to prepare listings that are deliberately misleading. In particular, do not create:
- False or invented specifications, dimensions, materials or quantities.
- Fabricated certifications, test results, standards compliance or approvals.
- False safety, health, medical, nutritional or environmental claims.
- False performance claims, or guarantees you cannot honour.
- False country-of-origin or manufacturing claims.
- False pricing, fake discounts, invented original prices or fabricated scarcity and urgency claims.
- False claims of affiliation, endorsement, partnership or authorisation.
- Misleading comparisons with another seller's products.
SellerProAI does not check any of this. Nothing you enter is verified, and no listing is reviewed before you export it.
5. Intellectual property and brand misuse
Do not use the Service to infringe anyone's rights. In particular, do not:
- Upload or enter material you do not have the right to use, including images, descriptions and specifications.
- Copy another seller's listing content without authorisation.
- Use a brand name, logo or trademark in a way you are not authorised to use it.
- Prepare listings that present counterfeit or unauthorised goods as genuine.
- Impersonate another person, business or brand, or represent an affiliation you do not have.
Ownership of your content, of the generated output and of the Service itself is dealt with in the Intellectual Property Policy. This policy is about misuse; that one is about rights.
6. Personal, confidential and sensitive information
Product fields are for information about products. Do not put anything else in them.
Specifically, never enter or upload:
- Passwords, one-time codes, API keys, access tokens or any authentication secret — including your marketplace credentials, which the Service never needs and never asks for.
- Payment card numbers, CVV codes or bank credentials. Payment happens with our payment provider, never in a product field.
- Government identity numbers or identity documents.
- Customer lists, order records or contact databases.
- Health information, or other sensitive information about an individual.
- Anyone else's personal or confidential information that you have no right to provide or process.
Product information you enter is sent to our AI provider when you use the generation step. Anything you put into a product field goes with it. The Privacy Policy explains what is sent and what is not.
7. AI-assisted generation
Generated content does not become acceptable because a machine produced the words. Everything in this policy applies to what you export, whoever or whatever drafted it.
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before you use it, correcting anything inaccurate, ensuring product claims are truthful and substantiated, ensuring any disclosure your product requires is present, and ensuring the result does not infringe anyone's rights.
SellerProAI does not verify factual accuracy, does not clear trademarks or copyright, does not confirm regulatory compliance, and does not check a listing against marketplace rules. The AI Disclaimer explains the limits of generated content in full.
8. Reviews, ratings and testimonials
SellerProAI prepares listing content — titles, descriptions and product attributes. It does not produce customer reviews, ratings or testimonials, and no feature of the Service is intended for that.
Do not attempt to use the Service to fabricate reviews, ratings, testimonials or other customer feedback, or to prepare content designed to be presented as if it came from a customer.
9. Security and unauthorised access
Do not:
- Attempt to access another customer's Account, projects, files or data.
- Attempt to bypass sign-in, or to act with permissions you have not been granted.
- Alter requests in an attempt to reach data belonging to another account.
- Probe, scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities without our prior written permission.
- Attempt to defeat rate limiting or any other protective control.
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Service, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
If you believe you have found a security problem, tell us at contact@sellerproai.com rather than exploring it further. We would much rather hear from you.
10. Malware and harmful files
Do not upload malware, viruses, or files crafted to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any system — ours, another customer's, or a marketplace's.
11. Automation, scraping and load
Do not scrape the Service, drive it with automation designed to extract data in bulk, or generate load intended or likely to degrade it for other customers. Do not attempt a denial-of-service attack.
12. Account, subscription and quota
An Account is for you or your business. Do not share your credentials, use someone else's Account, or sell or transfer an Account.
Having more than one Account is not itself prohibited — a business may legitimately have separate accounts. What is prohibited is using accounts, or anything else, to get around a limit:
- Creating accounts in order to circumvent plan limits or listing quota.
- Manipulating quota reservation or accounting, including deliberately causing generation to fail in order to obtain returned allowance.
- Attempting to obtain duplicate listing credits.
- Abusing the refund process, including requesting a refund and a chargeback for the same payment in order to recover twice.
- Fraudulent payment activity, including using a payment instrument you are not authorised to use.
How quota, credits and refunds actually work is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Payment Policy.
13. Marketplace rules
Do not use the Service to prepare listings designed to evade a marketplace's rules, or to re-list goods or content a marketplace has removed.
We do not decide whether a marketplace accepts a listing, and we have no authority to enforce a marketplace's rules. Those are matters between you and the marketplace, and its decision is final as far as we are concerned. SellerProAI is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any marketplace.
14. What you are responsible for
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, completeness and authorisation of the information you enter, the files you upload, the content generated from them, the files you export, and the listings you ultimately submit.
SellerProAI is a preparation tool. It does not guarantee marketplace acceptance, the legal compliance of your products, the accuracy of what you entered, the accuracy of generated content, trademark or copyright clearance, product certification, or regulatory approval.
15. What we do and do not monitor
We think you should know this before reading the next section.
SellerProAI does not screen, moderate or automatically scan listings, uploads or generated content. There is no automated abuse detection and no human review of what you prepare. We do not see your projects in the ordinary course of running the Service.
In practice, we usually learn about misuse because someone tells us, because a payment or security problem surfaces it, or because a marketplace or rights holder contacts us. This policy sets out what is not allowed; it is not a claim that we detect every breach of it.
16. Reporting misuse
If you believe someone is misusing the Service, or that a listing prepared with it infringes your rights, write to contact@sellerproai.com.
It helps if you include what you believe is happening, anything that identifies the material or account concerned, and why you believe it breaches this policy or your rights. If you are a rights holder, say what the right is and how we can reach you.
Please do not send us more personal information than the report needs.
17. Investigation and enforcement
Depending on the circumstances, we may contact you for an explanation, restrict a particular feature, refuse to process a request, suspend the Account, or terminate it.
Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you what the problem is and give you an opportunity to explain or put it right. A suspension can be lifted if the matter is resolved.
If immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other customers or security, or to comply with the law, we may act without prior notice.
We do not operate a formal appeals process. If you think we have acted wrongly, write to us and we will look at it again.
18. Termination and what follows
Termination, and what happens to your data and any amounts owed afterwards, are governed by the Terms of Service. Retention of your information is governed by the Privacy Policy.
A suspension or termination under this policy does not by itself create a right to a refund; the Refund & Cancellation Policy governs that.
19. Legal requests
We may cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities where applicable law requires it. We do not otherwise volunteer your information, and the Privacy Policy governs how personal data is handled.
Legal review required. How SellerProAI should be classified — intermediary, e-commerce entity, publisher, or none of these — has not been determined. It publishes nothing, hosts no content visible to other users, and provides no user-to-user interaction, but the classification depends on legal interpretation of how the Service actually operates. That determination affects what takedown, grievance and reporting obligations apply. No such obligation is claimed or disclaimed here, and no Grievance Officer is appointed.
20. Relationship with our other policies
This policy sits alongside the Terms of Service, which govern the agreement as a whole and set out the order of precedence between our policies. The Intellectual Property Policy covers ownership, the Privacy Policy covers personal data, the AI Disclaimer covers the limits of generated content, and the Payment and Refund & Cancellation Policies cover money.
21. Changes and contact
We may update this policy. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page.
